The kind of home you’ve been hoping would hit the market and rarely does. Fully remodeled and thoughtfully updated throughout, this 5-bedroom, 4-bath home offers over 3,500 finished square feet with a layout that feels both spacious and easy to live in. From the moment you step inside, you’ll start to notice how naturally everything flows and how intentional every space feels. The kitchen sits at the center of the home, featuring white cabinetry, black granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a gas range, and a range hood, all anchored by a sink perfectly positioned beneath a window overlooking the backyard. It’s the kind of space where you’ll find yourself gathering without even thinking about it. The primary suite is a true retreat, complete with a beautifully updated 5-piece bath and a stunning standalone soaking tub that creates a spa-like escape at the end of the day. Downstairs, the finished basement adds even more flexibility with a bedroom, bathroom, large media or living space, and a dedicated area where you can set up a home gym, workspace, or whatever fits your lifestyle best. And then there’s the backyard. Step outside onto the expansive deck with power awnings and you’ll immediately understand what makes this home different. A hot tub tucked to one side, a lush grass area in the center, and a fire pit with seating on the other create multiple spaces where you can relax, entertain, and unwind. Beyond that, a garden area, dog run, and storage shed add even more functionality, all surrounded by mature landscaping that gives you a level of privacy that’s hard to find. The 3-car heated garage with epoxy floors is the finishing touch. Located just a few homes away from direct access to the Dad Clark Trail, and set within one of Highlands Ranch’s most established and desirable areas, this is a home that combines updates, location, and lifestyle in a way that’s hard to replicate. Homes like this don’t come along often.
