This 5 acre tract, identified as Parcel ID 00109400006, is located in rural Collier County near Naples, Florida. Positioned at the end of a road, the property offers no through traffic and a quiet setting surrounded by natural vegetation and open space. The parcel’s layout and location provide a sense of separation from nearby development while remaining within reasonable driving distance of area services and employment centers. The land is characterized by a mix of mature native trees, including oak, pine, and cabbage palm. These established trees contribute to natural shade, privacy, and a stabilized landscape that has not been recently cleared or altered. The existing vegetation also supports local wildlife species that are common to this part of southwest Florida. The property remains in a natural state, allowing a future owner flexibility in how much land to clear or preserve depending on intended use. This tract is suitable for a variety of potential uses consistent with local zoning and county regulations. Possible uses may include a private rural homesite, a small farm or agricultural use, or long-term land investment. Buyers should verify zoning, building requirements, and allowable uses with Collier County to confirm compatibility with their plans. Access is provided by a road, with the parcel located at the end of the roadway. This configuration has no pass-through traffic and enhances privacy. The terrain is generally level, which is typical for the area, and may be conducive to future site development subject to permitting, environmental review, and utility availability. No representations are made regarding buildability, wetlands, or required improvements, and all buyers should complete appropriate due diligence. While the property offers a rural setting, it remains within driving distance of Naples, providing access to shopping, dining, medical facilities, and other services. Additional nearby communities include Immokalee, Ave Marie, Bonita Springs, and Marco Island, offering a range of amenities and employment options. The location allows owners to maintain a rural lifestyle while staying connected to southwest Florida’s coastal and inland communities. This parcel presents an opportunity to own acreage in Collier County with established trees, privacy at the end of the road, and flexible potential uses. The property’s size and natural condition make it well suited for buyers seeking land in a rural setting near Naples without immediate development pressure.
