Wake up to direct, unobstructed Atlantic Ocean views from this beautifully renovated 1-bedroom, 1-bath oceanfront residence located on the quiet southern end of the Hollywood Beach Broadwalk. Light-filled and move-in ready, this coastal retreat features impact windows and doors, an eat-in kitchen, and stunning ocean views from both the living room and kitchen. Enjoy sunrise views, ocean breezes, and the relaxing sound of waves just steps from the sand. With direct beach access and a peaceful location with minimal traffic, this residence is ideal as a primary home, vacation getaway, or seasonal income opportunity. The building has completed its 50-year recertification, with no ongoing construction and no current assessments. A rare opportunity to own a renovated, worry-free piece of South Florida oceanfront living in one of Hollywood Beach’s most desirable Broadwalk locations.
South Central Beach, located between Hollywood Beach Broadwalk and North Beach Park, is a coastal and resort-style Hollywood neighborhood with an oceanfront promenade and mid-century condo towers. The neighborhood’s character concentrates along the Hollywood Beach Broadwalk at Johnson Street, where beachwear shops, open-air cafes, and live-music patios line the sand-side walkway. Margaritaville Hollywood Beach Resort and the Hollywood Beach Theatre act as marquee gathering spots for concerts and events. Architecture mixes classic Florida motel-era low-rises with newer glassy high-rises facing the Atlantic. A1A (N Ocean Drive) frames the inland edge with beach clubs, small hotels, and bike traffic. Sunrise walks and evening strolls set the daily rhythm along the dunes and boardwalk.
