The Belvedere has a beautiful exterior design including stone and a big front porch. The front porch is great for relaxing and enjoying your neighborhood view. Once you enter into the Belvedere you will see how wide open and bright this home is. There is tile throughout the main living spaces which gives a streamlined look. Your new kitchen includes Stainless Steel appliances, Granite countertops, and White Painted Cabinets. The massive kitchen island overlooks your dining and family room and provides a lot of counter space for entertaining. The split floor plan gives you the ability to have your private space as well as common areas where everyone can be together. The huge windows in the Owner's Retreat provide a lot of natural light and the trey ceiling makes it feel even larger.
