Under Construction. The Ashford is a 1,857 sqft new home with 3 beds and 2-baths that is bursting with character. One of the highlights is the open-concept, L-shaped kitchen with a large kitchen island. You’ll find ample space with the abundance of painted white cabinetry and the large walk-in pantry. The white farmhouse sink; quartz countertop; and GE® stainless steel appliance package (with a slide-in natural gas range) will delight the chef of the family. The fun-shaped tile backsplash is the perfect finishing touch to the space. With the kitchen overlooking the breakfast area, extended covered lanai, and the family room, this home offers you plenty of open space for gatherings large or small, indoors or out. Wood-look tile flows nicely throughout the main areas, leaving upgraded carpet in just the bedrooms. The large owner's suite is located in the rear of the home, away from the other rooms. The deluxe owner’s bath includes spa-inspired features; double-sink vanities, a large shower with oversized subway tile that extends to the ceiling, a recessed shower niche to hold all your products, and a semi-frameless shower enclosure. The giant walk-in closet will have you wanting to go shopping to fill it. The 2 secondary bedrooms share a hall bath with a double vanity and are located at the opposite end of the home. A large destination laundry room is conveniently located off the garage and has plenty of space as well as a utility sink.
