Wilma Proof! This home is made from solid pored concrete and suffered no damage during the 2005 record hurricane season! The Anderson impact glass windows along with hurricane shutters make this one of the safest homes in the entire Florida Keys. Many features in this home make for a great primary residence or a second home for someone looking for a waterfront retreat. Each room has a water view of the nature preserve, canal or Atlantic Ocean. The rooftop deck provides for private sunbathing, entertaining or endless sunset views. Top quality materials were used throughout the construction process including granite countertops, solid wood French doors, tile floors, impact glass, pored concrete stairs, Kohlor faucets, stainless steel appliances, wood cabinets and much more. The yard is enclosed by a six foot wall and includes brick paver walkways, boat davits, cement dock, gated entrances and is accented with palm trees. For the boating enthusiast Looe Key Reef, the backwaters and hundreds of islands are less than fifteen minutes away.

Improved Subdivision District
The purpose of the IS district is to accommodate the legally vested residential development rights of the owners of lots in subdivisions that were lawfully established and improved prior to the adoption of this LDC. For the purpose of this section, improved lots are those that are served by a dedicated and accepted existing road of porous or nonporous material, that have an approved potable water supply, and that have sufficient uplands to accommodate the proposed use in accordance with the required setbacks. This district is not intended to be used for new land use districts of this classification within the county.
