This is one of the more spacious condos along the Beneva corridor in this price range. With 1450 square feet of indoor living space, this updated condo offers many of the improvements a homebuyer is seeking. All the baseboards were replaced with 5.5 inch wood. All walls and trim have been painted. The front door is new. The flooring is consistent throughout the condo - engineered wood floors in the living spaces and ceramic tile in the wet areas. The kitchen cabinets have been resurfaced. The second-floor, year-round Florida room is air-conditioned and overlooks greenbelt and the community swimming pool. The HVAC is newer (4 years) and the duct work was professionally cleaned (1 year). The bathrooms got a facelift with new vanities, mirrors, hardware and updated plumbing. Three fans and light fixtures were replaced and installed. This condo comes with a carport. Centrally located, it's minutes to the Westfield Mall and Cinébistro theatre in downtown Sarasota. Or head north to enjoy the 600-acre Nathan Benderson Park, a world class, multi-use sports venue. Top this off with the joy that it's only a 15-minute drive to the iconic white sandy beaches of Siesta and Lido Keys.

Multi-Family District
The RMF Districts permit multifamily residential densities, which may take the form of a variety of housing types, including single-family detached, lot line, traditional, patio, villa, atrium, duplex, townhouse, multiplex, or apartment units. These districts are used in areas having convenient access to both collector and arterial streets, and nearby civic and commercial uses, as well as employment opportunities; The RMF Districts are generally used to implement the Comprehensive Plan within those areas shown as Medium Density Residential, High Density Residential, Office Multifamily Residential Areas and Corridors, and Town and Village Centers on the Future Land Use Map, on the Barrier Islands where the application of the district would not increase the density of development or hamper hurricane evacuation planning and disaster mitigation efforts, and Developments of Regional Impact. The RMF Districts, while not a primary implementing district, may also be allowed in Regional, Community, Village I, Village II, and Neighborhood Commercial Centers. Appropriate densities within the Medium Density and High Density Residential areas shall be guided by the density ranges as outlined in Future Land Use Policy 1.1.1, Objective 2.3, and Policy 2.3.1 of the Comprehensive Plan. These densities shall also be determined, in part, by the land use designations and developed residential areas surrounding the parcel.
