Every great city has a handful of addresses that stop people mid-sentence. This is one of them. Of 132 residences at one of Midtown Atlanta's most prestigious addresses, only two hold direct access to the rooftop. Unit 506 is one of them — a tri-level penthouse loft spanning the 4th, 5th, and 6th floors of MidCity Lofts, where raw architectural drama meets thoughtfully curated luxury in the heart of Atlanta's most walkable urban corridor. MAIN LEVEL: Step off the elevator onto the 5th floor and into a space that commands attention. Soaring two-story ceilings draw the eye upward to exposed concrete — the building's industrial bones worn proudly. Polished concrete floors catch light from walls of floor-to-ceiling glass. A sculptural steel staircase anchors the room. The chef's kitchen features warm custom cabinetry, a butcher block island, and premium stainless appliances opening effortlessly to a generous dining and living space made for the way sophisticated owners actually live — open, gracious, and connected to the city humming outside. LOWER LEVEL: Accessed privately from the 4th floor, this self-contained retreat offers a full bedroom, spa bath, and separate living area — ideal as a guest suite, executive home office, or private lock-off. Discretion and flexibility in equal measure. PENTHOUSE LOFT: The crown of the residence. The primary suite occupies the entire 6th floor — rich hardwood floors underfoot, exposed concrete columns framing the space, frosted glass panels filtering soft ambient light. A wall-mounted gallery, designer lighting, and direct private access to the rooftop pool deck make this level feel less like a bedroom and more like a retreat above the city. The primary bath is simply extraordinary — floor-to-ceiling bookmatched marble in swirling grey and white, a frameless glass-enclosed shower with dual rainfall heads and handheld wand, a teak bench, custom recessed niches, and matte black hardware throughout. This is not a renovation. THREE private balconies across every level. Rooftop lap pool with panoramic Midtown skyline views. Glass-enclosed sky lounge. State-of-the-art fitness center. Catering kitchen. Wine storage. 24-hour white-glove concierge. Two assigned parking spaces. All of it reserved, in part, for you alone. Three minutes to Georgia Tech and Tech Square. Five minutes to Publix. Nine minutes to Midtown MARTA. Twenty-five minutes to Piedmont Park — on foot.
