One-Family Residential District
It is the intent of this Section that the R-9 One-family Residential Zoning Districts be developed and reserved for low-to-medium density residential purposes. It is further the intent that no additional land be rezoned to the R-6 district in Planning District 2 St. Simons Island after December 31, 2002.
