Welcome to Pe’ahi Estates, a rare 20-acre development opportunity located above the world-famous big wave “JAWS.” A legacy parcel in Ha’iku, set above some of the most pristine shores in all of Hawai’i, with over 180-degree sweeping ocean horizons and views of West Maui, it offers an atmosphere of serenity that defines world-class island living with sunsets year-round. Gracefully sloped across open green pastures, the property enjoys an elevated panoramic vantage that connects land, sea, and sky in a show-stopping way. This is an opportunity to design and build one of Maui’s most sought-after residential enclaves, with potential for thoughtful subdivision and the creation of elegant estate homes that highlight privacy, nature, and seamless indoor-outdoor living. The property has the potential to be subdivided into 7 master TMKs with 21 CPR units consisting of 7 main home lots, 7 cottage lots, and 7 barn lots. A 50% ownership stake in the entire property is also available for $2.5M.
Ulumalu Ahupua`a, located between Haiku Road and the slopes of Haleakalā, is a rural and agricultural Haiku-Pauwela neighborhood with wide pasture views and a trade-wind, upcountry feel. The area reads as a patchwork of small farms, gulches, and long driveways, with homes ranging from plantation-era cottages to newer hillside builds. The neighborhood’s character concentrates around the Haiku Road and Kokomo Road junction, where a low-key cluster of local storefronts and coffee counters sets the daily rhythm. Colleen’s at the Cannery, Haiku Marketplace, and the Haiku Community Center act as familiar gathering points for meals, errands, and events. Life here tracks the landscape—green after rain, sunlit by late afternoon, and framed by distant ocean glimpses. Roadside fruit stands and garden gates reinforce a working-country atmosphere rather than a resort one.
