Cute 2-bedroom, 1-bath, single-level 840 sq. ft. home with covered deck, attached carport and laundry-storage room. This is one of 7 similar homes spread out over 3 acres. There is a very private, quiet feeling about this property. Approximately 1 mile up from Haiku Road it is conveniently located to Haiku Town - grocery stores, great restaurants, hardware store and more. Tax records show the address as 1004 Apt. 4 but when the addresses in Haiku were changed a few years ago each home on the property was assigned an address - and this home is now "998". Maintenance Fees are $130 month and cover: yard service, trash, water, liability insurance, reserve fund and management fee. Owners need to provide their own insurance on their individual homes.
