This 2480 s.f., 3 bedroom, 3 full bath home, located in Haiku on West Kuiaha Rd., has tremendous potential to be an exquisite, lushly landscaped, 2+ acre private N. Shore Paradise. It was built in 2003 with that old 'Italian Villa' floor plan & style! There is a formal front entry delineated by a custom floral iron gate & two classic columns that opens to a large interior courtyard. There are numerous skylights & most of the rooms have glass sliders that open on to the central courtyard creating that classic indoor /outdoor Maui living experience. The rooms enjoy an abundance of natural light & good cross ventilation. Interior finishes include Blue Pearl granite tiled kitchen counters & granite bathroom vanities with vessel sinks. The home has vinyl windows, ceiling fans, track lighting, a stucco exterior and a beautiful Monier tile roof. There are natural wood-ceilings along with warm slate/stone floors. At one point in time there was a large, approx. 1/2 acre, greenhouse that still might be restored for agricultural use. Overall, there is some deferred maintenance, but, at this price, what an opportunity! The property enjoys convenient access to the Hana Hwy., which is approximately 1-2 minutes away, while Paia Town is perhaps 10-15 minutes & Kahului airport is approximately 20-30 minutes. This is a superb location from which to enjoy Maui's North Shore ocean activities and venues. Some of Maui's most recognized schools are also nearby! This is a must see!

An absolutely stunning property on a gated 2 acre parcel complete with a huge greenhouse filled with rare orchids. This three bedroom, three bath home built in the Italian style around an open courtyard has slate floors, a tile roof and stucco to make it impervious to North Shore weather. The home is immaculate and the grounds are lovely. Beautiful sunset views from rear deck. The green house is 1/2 acre under roof with auto irrigation. It can be used for orchids, nursery plants, vegetables or disassembled if your plans do not include gardening on that scale.
