Imagine yourself on two acres in Haiku surrounded by coconut palms, papaya mango, and loquat trees with views over the West Maui Mountains and partial ocean views across the lush valley. This home and guest house, along with a flexible art studio space, have been occupied by the same family who built it -this is the first time on the market. Upgrades in 2025 include new paint throughout, deck enhancement, landscaping, new fixtures and electricity up to code. Apala place is a private street with no through traffic off Kokomo. 5 minutes to the Rodeo general store in Makawao and an easy drive down the hill for a surf at Ho'okipa or a fish burger in Paia. Main house features a lava rock wall with a fireplace, vaulted ceilings, a wraparound lanai and views over the green gulch. Ohana is bright and updated with a covered carport. The banana hut is awaiting your vision as a meditation spot, art studio or your getaway sanctuary.
*Taxable value of land and structures on it ("additions") is determined regularly by local assessors and does not affect market price.
