Peace and tranquility await at this very private 2 acres at the end of a country road. The house consists of 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, on 3 levels, with bamboo floors and open beam ceilings. The main/entry level features a Koa and granite kitchen with a walk-in pantry, dining area, and a sunken living room. 2 walls of glass frame the lush forest views, a pond, and a sunny deck. The second bedroom and bathroom are also on this level with doors opening out into the backyard. Upstairs is the main bedroom and bathroom with views of the ocean on one side and the rainforest on the other. The large dressing area could double as a yoga studio with an attached deck. A sweet sun/reading room rounds out the space perfectly. The 3rd bedroom, downstairs, is self-contained and lives like a studio unit with it's own entrance. Outside, several seating areas, and a shower elevate your outdoor lifestyle. A citrus orchard, giant traveler palms and many flowering plants make the backyard a lovely place to spend time, with plenty of room for a pool if desired. If that's not enough... meander down a path to the large jacuzzi in the woods for wine and pupu’s, or take the trail to the natural stream and your own waterfall!

Retreat to this Haiku property with a 3 bedroom home, a lily pond, waterfall and stream! Secluded 2+ acres with an orange orchard and tropical flowers. This 2-story home has a large master suite upstairs with lots of custom-crafted closet space, a sun room, and a newly rebuilt deck. Sweeping ocean views greet you when you wake. The ground level is open floor plan with a sunken living room and open beam ceiling. Walk out to a huge sunny lanai, with no other homes in sight, and enjoy the view of the lily pond. Kitchen with koa wood cabinets and a pantry. The bathroom features an old-fashioned claw foot tub with a garden view. Step out from there to a sauna crafted from a redwood water tank and outdoor shower with custom lava rock work. There's a small finished basement with separate entrance that makes a nice caretaker's quarters or guest suite. Ask your agent for the link to take the tour. The outdoor environment offers some fun diversions, including a hot tub for 4-6 under the swaying palms. Take the winding path through strawberry guava trees to the stream below where you'll find a cozy gazebo beside the waterfall. It's a magical hideaway, set among the ferns. Close to services, yet worlds away. Plenty of room to build another dwelling very separate from the main house. County water meter. Maui Electric. DSL through the phone line.
