Just past Twin Falls is a tranquil tropical getaway with sweeping ocean views. Listen to the bamboo rustling in the tradewind breezes from this ultra-private, yet easily accessible Huelo retreat. The charming two-story main home with its bright blue Monier tile roof has a stunning primary suite that encompasses the entire upper floor. It’s light and bright with large windows and skylights, a walk-in closet, and built-in coffee bar. The soaking tub overlooks serene lush vegetation and there’s a spacious covered lanai to enjoy the ocean views beyond a large tract of state land. Downstairs are two more bedrooms, another full bath, and laundry room, plus an open living area full of natural light. The kitchen features brand new GE stainless steel appliances. Live farm-to-table with fresh fruit like mango, jackfruit, bananas, lemon, avocado, lychee, and oranges from the orchard. There’s also a garden shed and small greenhouse for additional storage. The manicured, tree-lined driveway shelters the property from view of the road - it’s easy, fully-paved access just a 15-20 minute drive past Paia town and 30 minutes from the Kahului airport. This is CPR Unit A on .86 acres of a 1.32 acre agricultural parcel.
