MAGICAL MOLOKAI an exclusive 4-acre Kawela Plantation II consisting of TWO separate legal TMK parcels. The current owners had the foresight to forever protect the unobstructed ocean and outer island views by purchasing TWO ACRES with separate TMK to the renovated 0b|1b 592 sf guest home. The Kawela Plantation common areas include 5700 acres for hiking and hunting and a beach cottage from which to launch your paddle board. It is also refurbished with a new roof and new appliances with a large wrap around lanai for friends and family, surrounded by a gravel garden that evokes a zen quality ethos, while providing low-maintenance comfort. Based on current (“CC&Rs”) it may be possible to build additional home. Are you ready for the ultimate escape to the timeless charm of Hawaii as it once was whether it’s fishing, snorkeling or diving the reef in the crystal-clear Pacific where no wetsuits are required, hiking remote trails, hunting or simply whale watching?
