Maui Mountains & Central Valley, to past Haiku! Keokea is a very charming community and most adore it as the Sweetspot of Kula! The 2.05 acres are mostly usable. A 3 bedroom 2 bath pole home with a 970 sq. ft. wrap around deck further elevates and magnifies the jaw dropping views. Beautifully landscaped with an array of flowers, ferns, fruit trees, and a thriving Kula Coffee Crop! Take a lovely morning walk to Grandma's Coffee House, you may pass beautiful pheasants or a wild turkey on the way. County Assessment alone much higher than the asking price.
