3543 Lower Honoapiilani Rd Unit F103, Lahaina, HI 96761
About this home
Picture yourself in the heart of paradise, just 16 sweet steps from the Pacific Ocean. Now, close your eyes and let the sound of the surf lull you to sleep from your oceanfront room. There aren’t that many truly oceanfront condos, especially this well maintained and appointed at this price. This comfortable studio, with a Murphy bed is large enough for you to relax in in comfort. At night, pull the Murphy bed down, and you have a peaceful oceanfront bedroom. The living room is furnished in the Hawaiian style with a rattan sofa with colorful cushions, a comfortable side chair and some large end tables with reading lights. The full size kitchen was renovated just a few short years ago. It has everything you need, including a killer ocean view. The bathroom has been completely redone with a beautifully tiled step in shower. There is a new vanity raised to be easier on your back and it’s topped with long lasting Corian. Papakea is a major resort with quaint, boutique feel. It spans over 12 ¼ lush green tropical acres landscaped with beautiful tropical foliage and swaying palms trees that are taller than the buildings. The property is designed to enhance the laid back low density feel. It’s very relaxing, but don’t let that fool you, there is plenty to do. That’s because the property also has 2 oceanfront pools, shady cabanas near the BBQ’s, putting greens, placid koi ponds with fountains, shuffle boards and tennis courts.

Apartment District
The purpose of the Apartment districts are to provide higher density housing options than the residential and duplex districts. Multiple-family apartment districts are generally established within or near the urban core of a town to provide residents with access to jobs, services, amenities, and transportation options. Uses within the apartment districts are appropriately located near, and are compatible with, uses in the various business, residential, public; quasi-public, and park districts. Apartment districts can provide a transition between residential districts and business districts. Apartment districts must consist of two types: A-1 Apartment district and A-2 Apartment district. Residential buildings and structures within the apartment district must be occupied on a long term residential basis, except as otherwise allowed by code.
