About this home
If you always dreamed of that perfect oceanfront condo on Maui, but never thought you could afford it, this may be the one for you. Why is Kuleana 303 so affordable? These snowbirds want to sell 50% interest in this nicely upgraded condo. So, if you have ever imagined spending your carefree summer days lounging at the beach, the pool or kicking back on your own lanai, this would be a great spot for you. Or, if you just want to escape the scorching heat of the summer months on the mainland, this may be the opportunity you didn’t see coming. The owners will also consider a 25% option for May - July for $150,000 and/or August - October for only $140,000. This recently renovated one bedroom condo has over size floor tiles for an up-to-date modern look. The tile floor also helps to keep the unit cool and clean. The cabinets feature a bamboo style covering for that local Hawaiian feeling. The counters are covered with beautiful granite tops and a stainless steel sink. There is also a queen size sofa sleeper for the kids or extra guests. The bathroom has been nicely updated with a raised vanity. There is a shower over the tub which has some nice decorative tile touches to it. The bedroom is a nice large room for a one bedroom condo and has a king size bed. There is ample closet space. As a bonus, this unit also has its own washer and dryer, which not all condos have. Kuleana Resort is oceanfront, comprised of a series of concrete block buildings. A large grassy area fronts the complex and is a great place to sit, chill and watch the ocean. There are steps that you can take to get to a nice snorkeling spot and one of the local’s favorite surf breaks. There are also sandy beaches at either end of the property. So, there are plenty of places and opportunities to swim and snorkel. There are also some nice gas grills. You can grill up some mahi mahi or put a few shrimp on the barbie while you watch one of Maui’s magnificent sunsets. If you like tennis, Kuleana has one more attraction, tennis courts. In fact, Kuleana is one of the very few complexes on Maui with its own private tennis courts. When you get tired of playing in the ocean there is a terrific heated pool where you can hang, relax and get ready to go again. Kuleana Resort is in cool Honokowai between Lahaina and Kapalua on Maui’s west side. In 15 minutes you can get to Lahaina with all of its restaurant and shopping. 10 minutes gets you to golf. Head south and Kaanapali is there with its courses and Whalers Village. Head north and you’ll find Kapalua, home of the Hyundai Championship along with some great snorkeling beaches other activities.
