Completely brick construction! You will be hard pressed to find an entirely brick home in this price range. This home was quality built from head to toe. You will not find a better value. Sitting on about 3 acres of land adjoining the Hoosier National Forest and Lake Monroe, this home invites you to live inside and out. Soaring ceilings, a private master suite that includes loft and a private workout room or office, a walkout basement with a full bath and a large hobby/craft room all create comfort and liveability in this home. Even better, while you could buy a private boat slip in the neighborhood, you don't really need to because with this oversized 4 car garage, you can easily keep your boat secure, out of the elements and still have it in the water in 5 minutes. The seller has easily accommodated 6 cars in the garage space. One step in this home and you will see that it has been impeccably cared for and all you need to do is move in. Located only 6 miles from the intersection of E 3rd Street and 446, you are convenient to all the East Side amenities, but feel the lifestyle of lake living at an affordable price. Please note property taxes for 2015 will be significantly lower. More information and details are available upon request.

FR
AREA 1
Forest Reserve District
The character of the Forest Reserve (FR) District is defined as that which is primarily intended for the preservation of forests, recreational areas, parks and greenways, limited agricultural uses and very, very low density single family residential uses. Its purposes are to permit limited single family residential development on very large lots, to discourage the development of residential subdivisions and nonresidential uses, to protect environmentally sensitive areas, such as floodplain and steep slopes and to maintain the character of the surrounding neighborhood. Development in the FR District is hindered by extreme topography, poor access and the availability of few or no public services. Therefore, the number of uses permitted in the FR District is limited. Some uses are conditionally permitted. The conditions placed on these uses are to insure their compatibility with the low-density residential and public open space uses.
