This surprisingly huge home is level to the street, but the rear of the property slopes down and gives amazing views of Lake Moffet, Fishing Creek Wetlands Park, as well as the bay in the distance. This is actually a 1- 1/2 story home and is much...
bigger than it looks. Home needs a lot of work and needs to be totally updated and lots of tlc, but has tremendous potential . Original vintage oak flooring throughout most of home have beautiful graining and patina. All the rooms are very large. There is a large first floor master suite with attached full bathroom, as well as an additional first floor bedroom with full hall bathroom. Large living room with fireplace, as well as a huge separate family room with fireplace, that has its own small second kitchen, powder room, separate entrance and second driveway that could potentially be a first floor in-law suite or rental unit. There are three large bedrooms upstairs with lots of closet space and a very large bathroom. All the bathrooms have original vintage 1950's tile and fixtures that are in surprisingly good condition. The basement is totally above grade in the rear and has lots of windows (and even some views), and has a garage/workshop and laundry area, as well as a full bath (in rough shape in need of total redo) as well as an unfinished potential recreation room with a large stone fireplace! An enclosed porch spans the entire length of the home in back off the main level, and has great views. There is some level, sunny backyard lawn area, then the property slopes down steeply to the lake, and is covered in thick vegetation. On a quiet street in a convenient commute location near the boardwalk and beach area.
