3 Bedroom, 2 bath home on 2.67 acres. Large detached 2 car garage. Home is well maintained with new siding and windows, updated Master Bathroom. Owners preference is to sell the home in 'As Is' condition, inspections are fine. Show today, great Huntingtown location, close to route 4. Home is a manufactured home, contact listing agent for options for financing if needed.
Lots of potential in this manufactured home, on a very lovely 2.67 acre level lot, with sunny usable lawn area, backing to woods. The U-shaped driveway looks like new, but the pavement does not yet connect to the good condition, oversized 2-car...
detached garage. The home has a master suite on one side of the home, with a small walk-in closet and a very attractively remodeled and updated attached bathroom. The living room and kitchen are semi-open concept and have vaulted ceilings. The kitchen has lots of cabinets and counter space. Laundry/utility room off of kitchen and a door to the small back deck. The other two bedrooms, one very small and the other medium-large, are on the other side of the home. The home appears to be in overall good condition, but would benefit from a few more updates, especially flooring/carpeting. The home is on a well-traveled country road, across the street from a picturesque old barn and farm. Some road noise from the nearby Route 4 can be heard outside, but not noticeable indoors. Very convenient commute location.

RCD
Rural Community District
The Rural Community District RCD is intended to maintain a mix of farms, forests, and residential uses, retain historic and scenic areas, and protect watersheds, fish, and wildlife. These goals are to be achieved in part through the mandatory clustering of subdivisions on parcels 30 acres or greater in size, with a minimum of 60 percent of the subdivision to be permanently preserved as open space. It is the intent to maintain a low residential density within this district while still allowing for some use of Transferable Development Rights TDRs. To avoid drawing traffic onto rural roads commercial uses are limited.
