This home needs some TLC but is in a great location and lots of space. Hardwood floors, 1st floor bedroom, large kitchen, two fireplaces, level 3 acres surrounded by trees. Over 3000 sq ft.
This home needs significant repair and major work. This is NOT a rambler, as listed, but has a second floor with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths above part of the home. The bedrooms are modest sized, and there is a master bedroom with a bathroom and two...
closets upstairs. The upstairs has oak hardwood floor and the stairs has oak treads. The first floor has marble tile in some rooms, and what appears to be Brazillian cherry flooring that has buckled somewhat, especially in the sunken living room area, probably from moisture coming up from the crawlspace beneath (or possible concrete slab in the sunken area?). The former garage was converted into a first floor master suite. There is significant evidence of water infiltration and damage, as well as discoloration, mainly in the rear part of the home. The kitchen has granite counter tops and what appears to be cherry cabinets, stainless steel appliances, including double ovens. Some sections of the drywall have been removed through out home. Large, very level lot. This home is part of the Deep Landing Estates home owner's association, which has a waterfront- access recreation area/boat pier. Very quiet street in rural setting with homes on acreage, across the street from a farm and down the street from the river.

FFD
Farm And Forest District
The Farm and Forest District FFD allows limited development and encompasses existing agriculture and forested areas. It is predominantly located within Tier IV of the Growth Tier Map adopted April 25, 2017. The Sustainable Growth and Agricultural Preservation Act of 2012 describes Tier IV of the Growth Tier Map as areas not planned for sewerage service and with residential development limited to minor subdivisions. This district is intended to protect and preserve prime farming regions as well as unique or significant environmental features as identified by the presence of large contiguous forested areas, forest interior dwelling bird habitat, wildlife habitat, or environmentally sensitive areas. The clustering of subdivisions is mandatory on parcels 30 acres or greater in size, with an exception for new lots created that are at least 25 acres in size. When subdivisions are clustered a minimum of 80 percent of the subdivision is to be permanently preserved as open space. This district accommodates agritourism, ecotourism, and heritage tourism uses that promote the protection and preservation of agricultural, scenic, natural, and historic resources.
