This is an amazing renovation done with care and pride. This house has been given the royal treatment, including, but not limited to, new flooring, new paint, new deck, new kitchen with stainless steel appliances, upgraded granite countertops, big island and soft close cabinets, new bathrooms and new light fixtures. The beautiful kitchen, dining and living area are open to each other and provide the perfect backdrop for staying in and relaxing or entertaining. Downstairs, the family room is big and bright and the bedroom has been enlarged with an added window. The updated bathroom and nice size storage and laundry room complete the downstairs. The backyard is level, looks out onto trees and is fenced in. A new larger septic tank has been installed as well as a new hot water heater and oil tank. All this at this price in Huntingtown!

RCD
Rural Community District
The Rural Community District RCD is intended to maintain a mix of farms, forests, and residential uses, retain historic and scenic areas, and protect watersheds, fish, and wildlife. These goals are to be achieved in part through the mandatory clustering of subdivisions on parcels 30 acres or greater in size, with a minimum of 60 percent of the subdivision to be permanently preserved as open space. It is the intent to maintain a low residential density within this district while still allowing for some use of Transferable Development Rights TDRs. To avoid drawing traffic onto rural roads commercial uses are limited.
