Welcome home, where comfort and possibility meet. This 2-story rambler greets you with fresh updates at every turn—an inviting kitchen made for shared meals, beautifully updated bathrooms, and brand-new carpet underfoot. The recent upgrades give you peace of mind: a 2021 heat pump, a 2024 hot water heater, and newer appliances, including the washer, dryer, and refrigerator (all 2023). But it’s the lifestyle outside these walls that sets this property apart. Imagine summer afternoons in the sparkling above-ground pool, evenings unwinding in the oversized swing gazebo, or weekends turning the massive 40x50 heated garage (2022) into your workshop, studio, or dream space. There’s room here for hobbies, cars, projects, and more. Set in a private setting within an award-winning school district, this home offers both retreat and connection. It’s the kind of place where you can slow down, spread out, and still be close to everything that matters. This isn’t just a move—it’s a chance to step into a chapter that feels tailor-made for you.

RCD
Rural Community District
The Rural Community District RCD is intended to maintain a mix of farms, forests, and residential uses, retain historic and scenic areas, and protect watersheds, fish, and wildlife. These goals are to be achieved in part through the mandatory clustering of subdivisions on parcels 30 acres or greater in size, with a minimum of 60 percent of the subdivision to be permanently preserved as open space. It is the intent to maintain a low residential density within this district while still allowing for some use of Transferable Development Rights TDRs. To avoid drawing traffic onto rural roads commercial uses are limited.
