A rare piece of Chesapeake Bay history, this charming waterfront farmhouse blends 120+ years of character with thoughtful modern updates. Originally built in 1900, the Tippett Farmhouse sits on 2.4 level acres with 300 feet of shoreline, offering sweeping water views, abundant wildlife, and complete privacy at the end of a paved road—just 10 minutes from PAX River. Inside, you’ll find 3 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, and a blend of original craftsmanship and recent renovations. The home features original gorgeous pine wood floors in two water-facing bedrooms, custom Roman shades, original molding, exposed brick in the kitchen, and even what is believed to be the original clawfoot tub. The kitchen remodel brought in a modern style with preserved charm. A propane line was run to the cooking stove under the cabinets, so it would also be easy to upgrade to a gas cooking stove. Other updates include new windows, a new pellet stove in the living room, new flooring, and a new well installed in Fall 2024. Enjoy outdoor living on the large, screened porch with ceiling fans—perfect for relaxing or entertaining by the water. The fenced yard, doggie doors, deer-proof garden, chicken coop, greenhouse, and mature apple trees create a dream setting for those who love a self-sustaining lifestyle. Two wood stoves are in the detached garage/workshop, and a season’s worth of pellets and Adirondack chairs are ready to convey. There's also a 50-amp hookup for an RV. This is a rare opportunity to own a Chesapeake Bay waterfront with acreage, a flat, usable lot, and a charming farmhouse. Whether you're looking for a full-time residence, a weekend retreat, or a place to live a little more intentionally, this property offers something truly special. BEING SOLD AS IS.

Well-maintained and super charming, updated older home with lots of vintage charm and character and GORGEOUS EXPANSIVE BAY VIEWS on this waterfront, possible "farmette" property! Private location, with beautiful sweeping lawn along the bay. (Note:...
there is a small tower that looks like a mini light-house type of structure next to the property along the bay. It is an airplane tracking tower for the nearby PAX River base.) Amazing property!!!

300' of waterfront and fantastic views of the Chesapeake Bay from the home sitting on level 2.4 acres. Home has lots of character, but does need some work to bring it back to its full charm. Very private setting at the end of long paved road. Also has large detached garage/workshop for handyman. Less than 10 minutes from PAX.
