Very charming, private country property. Home sits on top of a hill, but the backyard and most of the acreage is relatively level once you get up there! Large rooms on first floor, including the nicely updated kitchen. The kitchen doesn't have any...
table space (It appears that the breakfast table space area has been converted to a laundry closet/ nook area, but could potentially be reconverted back to such use, as there is a laundry hook-up in the basement.) Family room has rustic "barn wood" accent walls. Wood-look plank flooring throughout most of first floor. Bathrooms have had some updates. Spacious bedrooms with new gray carpeting. The interior appears to be recently painted throughout. The unfinished basement does not have a walk-out door, but has multiple small windows. Large deck is just a few steps down to the yard, which has a beautiful , screened-in gazebo, a chicken coop, and newer looking horse stables with fenced-in pasture area. Great commute location, but near farms and homes on acreage.

RCD
Rural Community District
The Rural Community District RCD is intended to maintain a mix of farms, forests, and residential uses, retain historic and scenic areas, and protect watersheds, fish, and wildlife. These goals are to be achieved in part through the mandatory clustering of subdivisions on parcels 30 acres or greater in size, with a minimum of 60 percent of the subdivision to be permanently preserved as open space. It is the intent to maintain a low residential density within this district while still allowing for some use of Transferable Development Rights TDRs. To avoid drawing traffic onto rural roads commercial uses are limited.
