Center-hall colonial in good condition, with new light-colored carpeting throughout--including the front entry and hallway. (The kitchens and baths have sheet vinyl that appears to be in very good condition.) 9' ceilings on first floor. Large kitchen...
area with room for an island. No deck or fireplace.
There is a "bonus" room in the front of the home (where the formal living room usually is) , but it is only open to the rear family room; an opening to the foyer could be added later, however, if desired.
The master bedroom is large with a very large walk-in closet and bathroom. One other bedroom is good- sized, with a large walk-in closet as well. Second floor laundry closet.
Basement is mostly unfinished, with a walk-out/up door and a small window. There is one finished room with a closet and two doors that could be used as a bedroom.
The home faces the side of the lot, which is surrounded by mature trees. The center of the lot is level, and slopes off to the sides and rear. The front of the home would benefit from some shutters and landscaping.

FFD
Farm And Forest District
The Farm and Forest District FFD allows limited development and encompasses existing agriculture and forested areas. It is predominantly located within Tier IV of the Growth Tier Map adopted April 25, 2017. The Sustainable Growth and Agricultural Preservation Act of 2012 describes Tier IV of the Growth Tier Map as areas not planned for sewerage service and with residential development limited to minor subdivisions. This district is intended to protect and preserve prime farming regions as well as unique or significant environmental features as identified by the presence of large contiguous forested areas, forest interior dwelling bird habitat, wildlife habitat, or environmentally sensitive areas. The clustering of subdivisions is mandatory on parcels 30 acres or greater in size, with an exception for new lots created that are at least 25 acres in size. When subdivisions are clustered a minimum of 80 percent of the subdivision is to be permanently preserved as open space. This district accommodates agritourism, ecotourism, and heritage tourism uses that promote the protection and preservation of agricultural, scenic, natural, and historic resources.
