Nice side deck with a surprisingly nice seasonal view of the water in the distance. Home needs updating and tlc, but could be a cute cottage for short term rentals. Living room is decent sized, with original knotty pine paneling and fireplace. Big sunroom in rear and closed in porch in front. Just a few blocks from the community beach.
