Inside, the condo has been thoughtfully updated with beautiful LVP flooring, smooth ceilings, quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, new lighting and sink, two beverage refrigerators, newer washer and dryer, Nest thermostat, and updated bathroom vanities. Whether you're looking for a full-time residence, a place to stay when you're in town, or your own home base for race weekends and Charlotte's year-round automotive scene, this is an opportunity built for those who want to be close to the action.
Charlotte Motor Speedway, located between I-85 and US-29, is a motorsports-centric and entertainment-driven Concord neighborhood with a landmark oval track and a calendar of large-scale events. The neighborhood’s character concentrates at the Charlotte Motor Speedway gates along Bruton Smith Boulevard, where grandstands, merch stands, and event-day crowds set the tempo. Charlotte Motor Speedway anchors the scene, with zMAX Dragway and The Dirt Track at Charlotte adding drag racing and short-track nights. Surrounding roads feel purpose-built, with broad parking fields and wide arterials that shift from quiet to high-energy on race weekends. Nearby retail clusters and hotels line Concord Parkway, while green edges and creek corridors soften the industrial scale. The result is a place defined by speed, spectacle, and big-sky infrastructure.

PID
AOD
Public Interest Development District
It is the purpose and intent of this Section to permit the creation of Public Interest Development Districts (PID) in areas designated by the City Council as having special and substantial public interest, by virtue of unique environmental, economic, cultural, entertainment, or other characteristics or conditions not generally shared by other areas of the City. It is further intended that such districts and the regulations established therein shall be in accord with and promote the policies set forth in the City’s Comprehensive Plan. Because the PID addresses situations which affect the entire region, which create intermittent or unusual impacts and public benefits, and which require flexibility in the administration of land use regulations, and in order to avoid the potential for abuse of the PID rezoning process, it is the intent of this Section that only the existing PID districts, will be permitted within the jurisdiction of the City. The three PID districts are: Charlotte Motor Speedway as adopted in City Council ordinance 99-13 that incorporated zoning case Z-37-98. The standards and provisions of the ordinance and zoning case are incorporated into this ordinance by reference as if written out herein; Carolinas Medical Center Northeast; Cabarrus County Arena and Events Center
