With sweeping farm views, this 2.5-acre property on a quiet road feels like a country getaway, yet it's right at Princeton's edge. A freshly paved driveway and a neat bluestone walk point to a comfortable cottage. Perhaps this sweet, one-bedroom retreat is all you need to escape the bustle of city living or maybe you're eager to build your dream home on this cleared and level parcel? The cottage lives larger than it is thanks to vaulted ceilings accentuated by wood beams. An extra tall opening links the living area and full-service kitchen. A sunroom opens to the newly fenced patio, while the laundry room connects a covered carport. The bathroom is delightfully roomy with a double vanity and a sparkling shower with marble tile. A storage loft supplements the walk-in closet right outside the bedroom, where a king-sized bed is no problem at all! New A/C completes the package.

EP-2
Environmental Protection 2 District
The Environmental Protection 2 district is designed for low intensity uses primarily in the northwest area of the municipality where poor water yields and strata for septic systems dictate large lot development in an area of little or no public infrastructure and severe environmental constraints, including but not limited to, a seasonal high water table, shallow depth to bedrock, and steep slopes along the Stony Brook. Further, the purpose of the EP-2 district is to protect the environmental resources and qualities of this area, maintain the rural character of roads and scenic views, and retain farmland. The EP-2 designation is contrasted with the EP-1 district by being underlain with the Brunswick Shale or Stockton Sandstone geologic formations as depicted in the adopted Master Plan which yield slightly better water supplies. Both the EP-1 and EP-2 districts, though poorly suited for development, are exceptional areas for non-irrigated agriculture. Because of this last factor, clustering of residential units is preferred whether under the provisions of this section or 428.
