Owners hate to leave this beautiful, 98-year-old Dutch Colonial behind but are relocating across the country and must sell. This well-loved home features 3 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms along with a full, unfinished basement. Both bathrooms have been partially renovated within the last two years. The old charm and character of the house remains in the beautiful hardwood floors, the functional fireplace in the living room, and high ceilings and crown molding throughout the house. The second floor rooms and staircase feature newer, neutral-toned carpeting. Heating is dual-zoned and central air conditioning is a bonus, along with the central vacuuming system. The kitchen features a Subzero fridge and a new double-oven as well as a farmhouse sink, Bosch dishwasher, custom cabinets, and granite countertops. A new septic system was installed in 2015. Separate 1-car garage and an old chicken coop (great for storage) are on the property as well. Electrical is installed for a whole-house generator, and a generator, snow blower, and lawnmower are included in the asking price (each less than 3 years old) Be sure to come by around dusk for the amazing sunset views overlooking the Delaware River from the front rooms and the patio.

R50
Residential District
The purpose of this section is to recognize the existing pattern of detached dwellings, to preserve environmentally critical areas as identified in the adopted master plan and the natural resources inventory, and to allow the township to provide a variety of housing, including lower income housing in the identified areas. The selection of dwelling unit types in the R-5 District should provide a balance of housing choices attractive to all income and age segments of the community as part of the township's fair share of the regional housing needs. The criteria are intended to provide flexibility in the design of developments to aid in reducing housing costs, encouraging lower income housing, allowing construction to avoid environmentally critical areas, and removing residences from busy highways and other potential nuisances created by noise and visual blight.
