One-Family Residence District
Pursuant to Town Law 278, Subdivision 2, the Town of Harrison Planning Board shall have the authority, subject to the approval of the final plat by the Town Board, to permit or require residential cluster development in residential zoning districts R-1, and establish rules and regulations setting forth the conditions under which clustering may occur.
