Extraordinary opportunity. Grand Brick Colonial needing complete renovation. Large level lot. Circular driveway. Good sized rooms. Sold Strictly As Is. Buyer to pay NY State Transfer Tax. Previous owner had wanted to convert to gas heat but gas is not in the street so they converted to electric heat. Best option may be to install a 1000 gallon underground propane tank for heating. There had been an underground oil tank that was supposedly removed in 2005. Spill number was never cleared with DEC and removal documentation is unavailable. House is connected to municipal water supply but also appears to have a well on the property. Property is presently over assessed: Present Assessment translates to an assumed value of $2,557,047. Excellent opportunity to grieve. Employees and family members residing with employees of JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., its affiliates or subsidiaries are strictly prohibited from directly or indirectly purchasing any property owned by JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. A more desirable environment than would be possible through the strict application of other sections of law.
