The half bath in the walkout lower level has pink painted walls, pink flooring and pink colored fixtures. There is a bonus room next to the utilities. The lower level also has a designated area for laundry units. The windows appear to be single pane and original to the house. Other seemingly original features are the hardwood flooring, bathroom fixtures, panel walls in the lower level family room and bonus/bedroom as well as commercial ceiling panels and lighting.
