From the moment you step inside this stunning 4-bedroom, 2.5 bath Colonial style home in The Ridings of Whitpain neighborhood you will be wondering if you may have been transported onto the pages of a magazine or a design showroom for what your dream home could be. No need to dream when you can make this home your reality! A cool color palette, simply stunning light fixtures, a floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace, hardwood flooring, and an expansive Master Bedroom Suite are just a few of the features that will immediately stand out when touring this home. The home isn't all we have to brag about. The neighborhood is also fantastic. We just love a neighborhood with sidewalks for nightly strolls and friendly conversation with the neighbors. And the no thru-traffic streets are perfect for bike rides and a quick run over to a friend's house. As you enter the home you will be greeted by a warm and welcoming 2-story entry foyer featuring a turned staircase and wainscoting flanked by a spacious formal dining room and living room. We will probably say this a few times, but the light fixtures are going to win you over. Beyond the formal dining room, you will find an inviting eat-in kitchen with a gas range, granite countertops, wood cabinetry, porcelain tile flooring, with access to the rear Trex deck. Adjacent to the kitchen is a laundry room and mudroom to one side and to the other side you will find an impressive family room featuring a vaulted ceiling with skylights, that floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace we mentioned before, a ceiling fan, and views of and access to the deck and back yard area. A powder room greets you as you make your way back to the formal living room with more amazing light fixtures crown moldings, chair railing, and leaded glass French doors that open into the 1st-floor study with egress to the rear deck. Are you thinking what we are thinking? This home has perfect flow for entertaining. Upstairs you will find 3 nicely sized bedrooms, a hall bath featuring a dual vanity and shower/toilet room. The expansive master bedroom suite features a sitting area, a stall shower, a jetted tub, dual vanity, a walk-in closet and a wall of closets (yes, you heard us right) to keep you organized. The lower level of the home showcases a wet bar for entertaining and lots of room to lounge and play. A 3-car attached garage provides ample room for cars and storage. Top-Ranked Wissahickon Schools, access to the beautiful Whitpain Township area parks, trails, shopping, restaurants, and proximity to rail, Route 309, PA Turnpike, I-76, and I-476 should put this home at the top of your buyer's list! Want to see more? We would love to take you on a private tour!

R-5
Agricultural/Rural Residence District
It is the purpose of this article to encourage and promote rural open space and conservation uses in the R-5 Zone, while also permitting low-density single-family residential development which will blend with existing uses and perpetuate the rural atmosphere of the area. Accordingly, the district incorporates a density standard which, among other things, provides for farm and low-density dwelling uses, discourages isolated higher density development but permits rural cluster subdivision as conditional uses and facilitates the conservation of agricultural and woodland areas and surface and underground water supplies and the control of soil erosion and surface water flooding.; In the R-5 Agricultural/Rural Residence District, the following regulations shall apply.
