Custom quality construction is found throughout this classic Doutrich-built colonial set on a lovely two-acre lot on a private lane. The home has a four-bedroom floor plan with the septic system sized to accommodate four. The current owners use the smallest 2nd level room as an awesome upstairs laundry workroom. In addition the master bedroom suite has a large, bright bonus space, ideal for an office, or nursery, or quiet time room. Site-finished oak hardwoods run throughout the first floor, including the kitchen, sunroom, family room, living room, dining room and then up the stairs and through the second floor hallway. A Paradise Kitchen with access to a brick patio has custom cabinetry, stainless appliances, farm sink, eating area, and center island. It's open to the family room with brick fireplace and the sunroom; ideal for entertaining. But wait! There's more. The partially finished lower level has new neutral carpet and paint and a large storage/work area with outside access. Pristine! Don't miss the electrical upgrades with window candle package and switch controlled outlets in most rooms. AND there is a generator(negotiable) to be sure the lights stay on this holiday season! Energy efficient Anderson 400 series windows are just one more indicator of quality you'll find in this great home.

R-1
Residential District
The R-1 Residential District is intended to maintain areas of low population density, compatible with the existing rural character and pattern of single-family residential land use, the significant constraints imposed by the natural environment particularly steep slopes and groundwater limitations, the lack of existing or planned community sewage facilities, the limited capacity of the road network, and the policy of the Township to limit the use of central water supply systems within the district in order to provide for orderly growth and utilization of natural resources in accordance with the Township Comprehensive Plan. Residential densities and dwelling types are established as means to achieve this land conservation objective and as appropriate components of the overall pattern of land use that is provided throughout the Township. Clustering of single-family dwellings is offered and encouraged as a site design mechanism to further the resource conservation objective.
