What an amazing opportunity to own the beautiful Bucks County farmhouse that you have always longed for; the one with exposed beams and exposed stone walls, clever built ins and the evidence of generations of loving hands crafting each new detail. But this home has a remarkable way to help pay for itself! In addition to the farmhouse there are two rental apartments detached from the home that can help pay the mortgage. Or this could be a wonderful family compound since there is also an in-law suite attached to the farmhouse. The 8.77 acres are gorgeous. Primarily open, the property is also dotted with handsome shade trees. Multiple patios, a charming fenced garden ? there are currently even chickens! There is so much room to spread out and enjoy the terrific location. Inside, this home has all of the unique features of artisan craftsmanship as well as terrific modernization. The family room addition features vaulted ceiling, skylights, lovely wood floors, natural wood trim and glass door to the rear deck and patios. A sweet woodstove keeps it comfy on cool autumn nights. The large kitchen has expansive cabinetry that has been painted to match the blue in the exposed stone walls. A tin backsplash, stainless apothecary drawer pulls, double stainless sink and dishwasher provide the sparkle. There are also deep windowsills, recessed lighting, a reclaimed wood counter with stools for casual dining and a wall of pantry! The delightful powder room is just off the kitchen. The dining room and living room have exposed beams and great wood floors. The entrance to the in-law wing is through the hallway so, though attached to the farmhouse, it retains its privacy. Downstairs there is a second family room in the finished basement as well as the laundry room and extensive storage. On the second floor the master suite is quite spacious and has lovely views of the surrounding farmland. Gorgeous wide plank floors! The beautifully modern master bath features a large stall shower. Two additional spacious bedroom share the remodeled hall bath. Up the attic stairs is a marvelous surprise: a large dressing room/walk in closet with built in organization! There is also a separate floored attic for additional storage. Back outside there are two detached garages: a one car garage and two car garage with the connected apartments. The first apartment is a two story one bedroom 1.5 bath. The second is a single story 1 bedroom, 1 bath. Central Bucks Schools!
