Straight out of the pages of Country Living Magazine, this exquisite farmhouse has been tastefully updated and meticulously maintained. This home checks off every box! From the moment you step in, you are greeted with a welcoming kitchen that has a farmhouse sink, new appliances, and overlooks the family room. A walk in fireplace with wood burning stove keeps the eat in kitchen area cozy and inviting. This all allows for easy entertaining and family get togethers. The formal dinning room is just a few steps from the kitchen. A separate living room makes for a quiet retreat or conversation area. It is the perfect combination of current amenities and old world charm. Immediately outside the eat in kitchen is a deck and patio area for indoor/outdoor living, also accessible from the master suite. Upstairs there are three additional bedrooms, one of which is perfect for a home office or nursery. The second full bath completes this floor. Additionally, there is a walk up attic, with two doors, perfect for extra storage or a grand kid hide away! Every upgrade has been intentionally designed. This historic late 1800's brick farm house has been completely renovated and expanded over the years. The exposed brick walls, deep windowsills and hard wood flooring all maintain the original historic feel. It also features a gas fireplace, vaulted ceilings and recessed lighting in the master suite. And speaking of the master suite--this one boasts a walk-in closet, large double sink vanity and adjacent first floor laundry. This home is fully equipped for first floor living or in-law suite. New windows have also been added throughout with custom wood shutters with iron dog hinges. Since the owners purchased the home, they have completely redone the electric, the majority of the plumbing and added an additional extension to the kitchen. A two car garage with workshop space and an additional out building are open to your interpretation. Almost everything, down to the new lamppost, has been considered and will be a home you are truly proud of. Don't miss this opportunity to see it for yourself. 2653 Bergey Rd IS your next home!
