Come be dazzled! This wonderful home is simply perfection. Flawless taste throughout this end unit townhome and superior attention to detail make this a bona fide "must have". Top quality improvements include Simonton energy efficient windows throughout (except two 2nd story FR) and beautifully finished basement with a pretty (honestly) egress window. All windows have Silhouette shades or 2" blinds or pleated shades (room-darkening in MBR)for a finished look and money-saving extra. Basement has electric baseboards effectively providing two heating zones. But there is still plenty of dry storage area in the basement. The two story family room soars giving size and dimension to the living space while coziness is provided by the propane gas FP. There is a TV nook above the FP and an island at the kitchen. Granite counters and GE Profile stainless appliances along with hardwood floors make the kitchen designer inspired. Step outside to the extended deck for a very private meal or coffee and a good book. The master suite is simply lovely, spa-like in every way including the soaking tub, closets, light and colors. Additional bedrooms and laundry complete the 2nd floor while the loft is the perfect getaway complete with built-ins for office, bedroom or escape room. It is a beauty. Come see.
