EZ one floor living in this 1200+ sq foot Ranchette! This house has great bones and good flow. Excellent morning light comes in the bedrooms, and western light in the dining room and Kitchen. The large living room has one wall that has a beautiful stone fireplace and built-ins on either side. There is a separate dining room off the kitchen, 3 freshly painted bedrooms, a full bath, a huge basement, and an attic that could be bumped up if you needed to expand. The house is set back from the road on a VERY BIG lot, with an oversized 2-car garage, across from a field. Come live in and explore Bucks County. A perfect house to downsize into because there's still room for all the stuff you cannot seem to get rid of, yet not a lot of house to maintain. Yes. .. you have to mow the lawn!

AR
Agricultural-Residential District
In accordance with the objectives of the Township Comprehensive Plan, it is desirable to preserve prime agricultural land within the Township. The Township, therefore, intends to encourage an optional form of residential development within the agricultural areas at a density not to exceed one dwelling unit per acre which will allow for increased flexibility in design in conjunction with the preservation of farmland. In addition to the goals set forth in Part 1 and this chapter, it is the intent of the Township to promote and encourage this optional form of residential development which will provide for and protect large areas of open space and will further encourage the use of that preserved area for those agricultural and/or recreational uses listed in 27-903, Subsection 6B.
