First time ever on the market! A truly amazing 3 acre lot with beautiful views-there are not too many of these left. Built with care and pride in 1966, no expense was spared in the original construction. Every detail was thoughtfully planned and executed and the results of that foresight are evident in the pristine condition of this home. Freshly painted both inside and out, the home retains the hardwood floors, large rooms, expansive closets, built in bookcases and stone fireplace. Continuous maintenance and updating of the systems have kept this home in tip top shape. Some cosmetic updating will bring the d cor into the 21st century, but the quality construction is timeless. Five minutes to New Hope Borough and Lahaska on a winding country road surrounded by the beauty of Solebury. Opportunities like this don't come around very often.
