A storybook scene of nature at its best, this spacious single-level home blends beautifully with its 5.8-acre surrounds. A haven of tranquility, what better way to start the day than with a dip in the swimming pool, followed by meditation in the Yurt with its sky-lit ceiling or perhaps a kayak or canoe ride on the pond? For the outdoor lover, this home is certain to please! Inside, many improvements were undertaken by current owners that will surely be appreciated. A $75,000 kitchen renovation introduced new appliances and high-end cabinetry as well as new flooring that continues into the adjoining family room. A whole-house AC system was installed, and oil fuel was converted to gas along with adding a new high-efficiency furnace. Many windows have been replaced and rooms have been repainted. This home is just the right size for the rough and tumble and includes 3 bedrooms, 2 baths. The old fuel oil tank was removed and documented to satisfy the township.
