Time to Sell. Dramatic Reduction for a quick AS IS sale. Truly a little 900 square foot oasis, this gem has freshly painted siding, updated bathroom, new roof, new furnace & oil tank, and new well pump . .. .all for you to enjoy as your first home or your little getaway, just minutes from Newtown and New Hope. Everything you need is here, and within YOUR OWN 4 WALLS (no association or rules!!). This property has an open floor plan and features custom tongue-and-groove wood paneling in the great room. Window air conditioners keep the house comfortable in summer, and during the winter you can opt to use the small coal stove (instead of using oil furnace) in the living room on a brick surround, enhanced by a rustic mantel. Sit outside on your large deck or slate patio overlooking the 1.5 acre yard to watch the deer and fireflies. (Great sledding hill!) Unfinished basement for storage. The detached 1 1/2 car garage (20x22)has a workbench and mini-wood stove in case it becomes the Man Cave. (It even has an intercom back to the house!). Two additional storage sheds (20x8 and 20x9) are attached to the garage. Additional off-street parking is available above the garage on the level grass (next to the neighbor's white fence). Tiny house? Yes. Adorable? You bet.
