Rustic Bedminster Farm-located in the heart of Bedminster. This stucco and stone farmhouse has been partially renovated, but allows for future personal improvements. A long drive brings you up to this 16 acre parcel with long-distance views and a pond. A guest house, barn and various outbuildings lend themselves to a family compound or private estate. This is a remarkable property for the client who is seeking to put his own signature through renovation.
*Taxable value of land and structures on it ("additions") is determined regularly by local assessors and does not affect market price.
