In addition to the general purposes listed in 370-2 and the community development objectives of 370-5 of this chapter and the character zone delineation, it is the purpose of this district to allow for residential development in harmony with agricultural uses, to perpetuate the rural atmosphere of the district, to preserve prime agriculture and farmland, and to conserve prime agricultural lands.
