Craving a little more space in the country? If you’ve been dreaming of a country setting with just the right amount of room to breathe, you’re in the right place. Originally built in 1880, this two-story farmhouse-style home blends old charm with modern updates. Renovated in 2019, it features a new metal roof, windows, HVAC system, updated kitchen and baths—and a newer water heater from 2022. The layout offers flexibility too. There’s a possible first-floor primary suite with an attached bath, or use that space as a den or home office. At the heart of the home is the oversized 16x22 living room—perfect for hosting gatherings or simply enjoying everyday life. Off the kitchen, there’s a wood stove hook-up, because no country home feels complete without one! Outdoors, there’s space for hobbies and homesteading alike. The fenced yard is perfect for pets and little ones, and the property backs up to Rexroth Park—31 acres of trails, sports courts, and a playground just outside your back door. The built-in garage and rear lean-to/carport offer room for tools, toys, or weekend projects. While you’re in the country, you’re still close to everything you need. Dollar General is nearby for daily essentials, and you can even get Pizzatown delivered for an easy pizza night. Just two minutes away is Long Level—a favorite for river recreation like fishing, kayaking, or boat watching. So if you value charm, space, and a country setting, schedule your private showing today.

AG
Agricultural District
The Agricultural District protects and enhances the Township’s strong agricultural heritage, farming economy and rural character, by permitting, agricultural uses and related support services and with limited exceptions, compatible, non-agricultural uses, which complement and bolster farm related activities, including limited residential development and limited public facilities. New development should not be fragmented or cause adverse effects, resulting from encroachment or mixing of incompatible development, upon prime agricultural areas and prime agricultural soils Class I-III. Therefore, nonagricultural development should be carefully planned and designed to not only foster development of new and expansion of existing agricultural land uses and related activities, but more importantly preserve prime agriculture and farm land continuity while considering topography, soil type and classification, and present use. Standards and regulations are designed for the protection and stabilization of characteristics essential for the advancement of agricultural and related enterprises. The provisions of this District regulate the siting, density, and design of development to assure the availability of reliable, safe, and adequate water supplies to support the intended land uses within the capacity of available water resources. Lands within the Agricultural District are not intended to be served with public water and sewer.
Directions: From the Wrightsville Exit on Rt 30 - head toward Wrightsville, continue straight onto Cool Creek Rd which turns into Cabin Creek Rd which then turns into Prayer Mission Rd. The destination will be on your left at the intersection on Prayer Mission Rd and Craley Rd.
