Completely renovated in 2020, this 3 bedroom, 2 bath cape cod with wrap around porch just outside Craley is ready for a new owner. The home features replacement windows, mostly new drywall and engineered hardwood and carpet throughout. Built in shelves and electric fireplace in the large, open living room. The original bathroom was completely redone and there's a second full bath on the main floor. Large closets added to all 3 bedrooms, and some new lighting fixtures and ceiling fans added as well. The exterior was completely wrapped and new vinyl siding was installed, and the roof is estimated to be less than 10 years old. 5 year old propane furnace, air conditioning unit, water heater, and sump pit with pump. Basement was professionally waterproofed in 2024. The plumbing was almost completely replaced with PVC and the home has new electrical throughout with all knob and tube removed. New range installed. 2 car detached pre-fab garage and blacktopped driveway. This home is turn key and ready for you to move in and make your own!

Agricultural District
The Agricultural District protects and enhances the Township’s strong agricultural heritage, farming economy and rural character, by permitting, agricultural uses and related support services and with limited exceptions, compatible, non-agricultural uses, which complement and bolster farm related activities, including limited residential development and limited public facilities. New development should not be fragmented or cause adverse effects, resulting from encroachment or mixing of incompatible development, upon prime agricultural areas and prime agricultural soils Class I-III. Therefore, nonagricultural development should be carefully planned and designed to not only foster development of new and expansion of existing agricultural land uses and related activities, but more importantly preserve prime agriculture and farm land continuity while considering topography, soil type and classification, and present use. Standards and regulations are designed for the protection and stabilization of characteristics essential for the advancement of agricultural and related enterprises. The provisions of this District regulate the siting, density, and design of development to assure the availability of reliable, safe, and adequate water supplies to support the intended land uses within the capacity of available water resources. Lands within the Agricultural District are not intended to be served with public water and sewer.
