Come take a look at this solid brick cape cod on almost 2/3 of an acre surrounded by farm land in Boyertown SD! The main floor features an eat-in kitchen, large family room, full bathroom, and three bedrooms including a first floor primary suite with an en suite half bath. The fourth bedroom is located on the second floor and could make a great owner's retreat as it has its own full bath and 2 walk-in closets. The kitchen features laminate flooring, painted white solid wood cabinets, and electric cook-top and a built in dishwasher. Additional living space can be found in the partially finished basement complete with a fireplace or on the large screened in porch. Collectors and hobbyists will love the oversized (31 x 24) 2-car detached garage. In the last 2 years, a 50-year metal roof was installed on both the home and garage. While this property makes a great home, it falls into the Commercial Business zoning district which allows for many alternative uses.
