All you need to do is build the house. This isolated 5.16 acre, serene tract of land has been cleared, the driveway prepped and water is at the build site. Fruit trees and a beautiful 168-foot, triple-staggered row of evergreens creates a natural privacy fence, composed of Green Giant Arborvitaes, Leyland Cypress, and Carolina Sapphire Cypress trees. Your future home will be tucked away and have long-range views of Holston Mountain. Additionally, there is a VERY unique prospect on the property in traversable cave. All due diligence, septic planning and even home plans are available with an acceptable offer.
